Description: 14” tall.  This was the first attempt at an illusion design.  The leaves are gathered at the bottom of the gourd just as the wind picks a few of them up and sends them swirling.  Watercolor dies were used to color this gourd so the texture of the gourd is seen in the surface of the leaves.  The edges of the leaves are painted black and the interior is a dark rust color.  This gourd uses a stabilizer for a base.
